RETURN POLICY

We only offer store credit or exchanges of equal or lesser value. We do not offer any cash refunds.

We will accept any product for store credit or exchange, on acceptable/applicable conditions. You can use this store credit for future purchases. You can initiate an exchange or return credit within 3-5 business days after the order has been delivered.

Upon receiving the return request, we will provide an address to which you can ship your product. Please be aware; you will be responsible for all the return shipping costs. Once it is approved, you will be credited for the value of the returned item NOT any associated shipping costs.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us process your return/exchange request. Your item must be returned along with the tags, in a ‘new’ condition in order to be eligible for store credit or exchange:

TERMS:
  • You can return only unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unwashed and unused items.
  • Tags should be attached. The product must be returned in original packaging along with the paperwork.
  • No makeup, stains or markings.
The below-mentioned products cannot be offered exchange or credit:
  • Promotional products/free gifts
  • Products marked as ‘Final Sale’
  • Worn products
  • Accessories
PLEASE NOTE:
  • We offer only store credit, no refunds.
  • We accept and offer store credit for products returned within 10 days of the shipment date. Return requests received post this date will be rejected for which you will be required to bear the expenses.
  • ‘Final Sale’ products such as accessories, swimwear, bodysuits and sale items are excluded from returns.
  • We require receipt and delivery proof in order to provide return credit.
  • We will examine the returned product and notify you whether it is eligible for exchange/credit.
We always try to fulfill each and every order in the shortest possible time. While we are unable to change your order or cancel the same, you can always return your item if you want to in accordance with our ‘Return Policy’ terms.
